Schedule of Events 11/6/2025

  • Between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm

    Our 7 Winning Couples and their (up to 10) Guests will be getting married at different locations throughout Las Vegas and Clark County. This includes striking venues like The Stirling Club and Love Story Wedding Chapel, classic and traditional wedding chapels such as the Little Church of the West and Viva Las Vegas Wedding Chapel, and cozy, intimate settings like Paradise Wedding Chapel and Hitchin' Post Wedding Chapel. Packages include the Venue, the Officiant, Flowers, Video, and Photography.  Couples also receive Gow Rental, Tux Rental, and Hair and Makeup Services if they request it.

  • 5:00 PM

    Check-in Begins at the Vegas Event Center's Beautiful Reception Venue in Las Vegas.  Vegas Event Center is located at 1201 Las Vegas Blvd. S.  Las Vegas, NV (near the corner of Charleston and Las Vegas  Blvd.).  Couples, their allotted guests, Special Guests, and VIP's will only be admitted.  Media is invited and can request a Pass Here

  • 5:45 PM

    The Reception Begins With Recognition of our Couples and Presentations made by Local Dignitaries and the Board of The Vegas Wedding Chamber.  This includes a Tribute and Invocation by some of Nevada's Top Elected Officials and Wedding Chamber Military Veterans.

  • 6:15 PM Dinner is Served

    A Buffet Dinner is Included for all Guests.  There will also be a Wedding Cake, Photographer, Photo Booths and a DJ to play Dinner and Dance music. We also have some additional special surprises in store.

  • 6:45 pm to 8:30 pm

    Wedding Reception Dancing, Bouquet Toss, and Garter Toss.  There is also a Cash Bar available throughout the Evening.

  • 8:30 pm

    Reception Ends.

Following all of our couples' ceremonies throughout the day, we will throw a lavish reception that evening for all of the winning couples and their up to ten guests. A buffet dinner, entertainment, a photographer, a photo booth, a champagne toast, wedding cake, and some surprises are all included in the reception! The group wedding reception is limited to 10 guests per winning couple
